Ronnie Holmen is a pastry chef with more than 17 years of experience who is currently self-employed as a freelance consultant.

Ronnie started his career at the world renowned confectionary in Copenhagen, Conditoriet La Glace. After finishing his education he worked as a pastry chef and product developer for some of the top and well known firms and restaurants in Denmark.

As a product developer he has had a pivotal role in the development of new and exciting products, where he has worked with different brands such as Summerbird Organicand Odense Marcipan.

During Ronnies career he has partaken in several national and international confectionary competitions, where he has won Danish as well as Nordic championship tiles. He has also participated in the world championships for pastry chefs.

Ronnie has on numerous occasions been on Danish TV where he has been a part of the team of judges on the shows Masterchef and Sukkertoppen.


Through the past 17 years I’ve worked as a confectionary, where I’ve enjoyed working on a multitude of different projects for different companies. I have helped clients strengthen and build their brands by assisting them in the development of new products, rethinking existing ones and teaching others in the ways of the newest techniques and trends in the world of confectionary.
